My role as an Assistant Manager means I am responsible for carrying out a wide range of accounts work, liaising with clients and managing their needs. I am involved in the preparation of accounts and review accounts and other work prepared by members of the team. My role is varied; I manage the payroll function for the whole firm and help with mentoring and training our Trainee Accountants which I find very rewarding personally.
I enjoy my work and I am very good at implementing systems and efficiencies for clients.
I started my accountancy career at a firm in Cambridge. Following my relocation to Nottingham I completed my ACCA qualifications here at Botham Accounting.
