- Client Partnership: You’re not just crunching numbers; you’re building relationships, understanding client goals, and aligning our services to meet their needs.
- Strategic Insights: Deliver essential financial data and forward-thinking advice, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with our Directors on engaging client meetings and checkpoints. Play a key role in developing our team and internal processes.
- Mentorship: Share your expertise and guide junior team members, shaping the next generation of client-focused accountants.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with a proactive, client-first mindset who’s ready to drive results and make an impact.
- 4+ years’ practice experience in a professional accounting setting, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, AAT, or CIMA) with a love for client-facing work.
- Proficient in cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communicator with a knack for making complex information clear and actionable.
- A commitment to clients’ success and an ability to see the bigger picture, putting yourself in your clients’ shoes.
