We offer a cloud based bookkeeping service with different services available depending on what service you would like from us.
A full service package means that you drop your bank statements, invoices and cheque books to our office and we will do everything needed to record your income and expenditure or, if you prefer, we can come to your premises.
We can also offer a ‘top and tail’ service where you complete the bookkeeping on an ongoing basis on our software (or on your own software) and we will review and make period end adjustments.
We can also produce your VAT returns and management accounts from your bookkeeping records.
We can do your bookkeeping anywhere on our cloud software (we can rent you the cloud based software), or we can use a traditional non cloud based package at our offices or your offices, or we can develop a spreadsheet for you to use.
What we will do is come up with a way of keeping the books which is suitable for you and your business.
Expenses App.
To help make life easier we have a Botham Accounting app which is available at the App Store as “Botham Acc”. You can use this to track business mileage and deliver copies of expense invoices.
The mileage tracker is available for iOS devices and uses GPS location data to track your journey. All you need to do is start and stop the trip. You can then export the data straight to our accounting software.
The receipt manager enables you to photograph your receipts, allocate them to the appropriate expense category and export the data to our accounting software.
