For Developers our service tends to be the preparation of the financial model and understanding its implications.  We also offer experience and knowledge when it comes to fundraising – we can introduce Developers to funders and give support during the process of obtaining funds by preparing the information to go the funder and assisting with strategy and negotiations.

Our team can help guide you through the intricacies of government subsidies.

Working on the Investor side usually means us considering tax minimisation strategies and regular, reliable management information tailored to the needs of the user.  We also develop and maintain data rooms to allow for due diligence on an eventual sale or for a refinancing.

Modelling and Forecasting

We have created sophisticated financial models of proposed investments, allowing Investors and Developers to accurately assess the forecast performance and make informed decisions on future projects.

Management Accounts and outsourced financial management

We can provide you with regular up to date management reports including key performance indicators allowing you to monitor the performance of the investment and its returns.  These can be quarterly management information packs or monthly snap generation reports, allowing the stakeholders to assess whether the project is performing against budget projections.

Our team can produce invoices for the sales of energy which will help take the day to day burden of reporting and financial management from the Investors, allowing them to concentrate on securing new projects.

On many of the projects we have worked on our team continue to work with their counterparts at the investment funds to provide a totally outsourced finance function for the Investor.

Tax planning

It is critical to work out tax implications of what you are doing and, in particular, that VAT and stamp duty are thought through.  We will make sure that the profit comes out to the developer.
