Congratulations to Joe Mosley and Lewis Johnson on achieving their CTA Qualifications

We are delighted to congratulate Joe Mosley, Tax Associate, and Lewis Johnson, Tax Manager, on successfully passing their Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualifications.

Both Joe and Lewis began their CTA journey in July 2025 and, through an incredible amount of dedication, commitment and hard work, have now achieved this prestigious qualification in July 2026. Their success is a testament not only to their technical ability but also to their work ethic and determination.

What is the CTA Qualification?

The Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification is widely regarded as the leading professional qualification for tax advisers in the UK.  It is awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

The CTA is a rigorous qualification that requires candidates to demonstrate advanced technical knowledge across a wide range of tax disciplines, as well as the ability to apply that knowledge to complex, real-world scenarios.  Achieving CTA status involves significant study alongside day-to-day professional responsibilities, making it a particularly demanding and rewarding accomplishment.

What Does It Mean?

Passing the CTA qualification signifies a high level of professional competence and specialist tax knowledge. It equips advisers with the expertise needed to navigate increasingly complex tax legislation and provide clients with trusted, high-quality advice.

For our clients, it means even greater confidence in the depth of knowledge and expertise within our tax team.  For Joe and Lewis, it marks an important career milestone and recognises the effort they have invested in their professional development.
