I am a Chartered Accountant and Manager within the Transaction Services team. My role focuses on supporting clients through business acquisitions, including undertaking financial due diligence, working alongside other professional advisers and collaborating closely with clients at every stage of the deal process.

I also provide support with detailed financial modelling, developing integrated models that allow for stress testing and sensitivity analysis, helping clients assess the impact of operational changes and gain a clearer understanding of future growth potential. Alongside this, I assist clients with bank reporting and compliance requirements.

I work with a broad range of clients across different sectors, taking the time to build a strong understanding of their businesses and objectives. I have developed a particular focus on the health and social care sector, where I regularly support owners, investors and lenders on a wide variety of projects.

I joined Botham Accounting in 2021 and have enjoyed growing with the firm since then. The team fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where ideas and development are encouraged at all levels. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit through running and long walks with my dog.
